Simple, Fixed-Color Configuration
CSL Yellow, Red and Blue provide a permanently selected color whenever the daytime running lights are active. No smartphone app, Bluetooth controller or additional color-control wiring is required.
App-Controlled Customization
The RGB+W version uses an additional Bluetooth controller and wiring. The required controller and connection cables are included with the RGB+W set.
Compatible BMW Models
Compatibility is determined primarily by the installed headlight configuration. The vehicle must be equipped with the compatible original BMW Icon Adaptive LED headlights shown in the product images.
F32, F33 and F36
Compatible with supported facelift versions of the BMW 4 Series Coupé, Convertible and Gran Coupé equipped with original Icon Adaptive LED headlights.
F80, F82 and F83
Compatible with supported BMW M3 Sedan, M4 Coupé and M4 Convertible models equipped with the corresponding original Icon Adaptive LED headlights.
This product is not intended for pre-LCI headlights, xenon headlights, non-Icon standard LED headlights or aftermarket headlight assemblies. Model year alone is not sufficient to determine compatibility.
Identify the Correct Headlight Version
BMW officially refers to this headlight type as the Icon Adaptive LED headlight. In this product listing, it may also be described as the LCI Icon 2 or Icon LED headlight configuration.
Icon Adaptive LED Headlights
The compatible headlights feature the distinctive hexagonal daytime running light design shown in the corresponding vehicle and product images.
Standard LED or Xenon Headlights
The presence of LED headlights alone does not confirm compatibility. Standard LED, xenon and Icon Adaptive LED headlights can use different DRL boards and module configurations.
Please ensure that your car headlights are the same as the ones shown in the product image(s) before ordering.
Choose Your Product Configuration
All available colors can be ordered as replacement boards only or pre-mounted on heatsink modules. Select the configuration that best matches your preferred installation process.
Replacement DRL Boards
This option includes the replacement circuit boards without heatsink modules. The original boards must be removed from their existing mounting components before the replacement boards are installed.
Boards Pre-Mounted on Heatsink Modules
The replacement boards are supplied already mounted on corresponding heatsink modules. This reduces the amount of board-level disassembly and assembly required during installation.
Selecting pre-mounted modules reduces the board-mounting work but does not eliminate the additional wiring required for RGB+W. The included Bluetooth controller must still be installed and connected.

Vehicle-Specific Installation Guide
Installation requires access to the DRL modules inside both headlights. With the boards-only option, the replacement boards must be installed on the corresponding mounting components. The pre-mounted option reduces this assembly step by supplying the boards already mounted on heatsink modules. RGB+W additionally requires installation of the included Bluetooth controller and wiring.
